INTRODUCTION :
 
Mayuresh Enterprises was started in the year 1995. It brings with it the rich experience of Mr. Mahendra K. Avle, who is a mechanical engineering & has worked for a long period in a gear industry.

It started it's operation with manufacturing of special new type of gear boxes used in plastic processing machinery - helical gear boxes with inbuilt thrust housing.
With added advantages over the one traditionally used these gear boxes because very popular amongst plastic machinery manufacturers. Slowly & gradually Mayuresh Enterprises also entered in the field of manufacturing of standard helical gear boxes & geared motors usually used in general engineering industry. Very soon traditional worm reduction gear boxes & geared motors also were added to product profile of the company.

Now Mayuresh Enterprises have producing twin screw gear boxes - a special technology not very common in India. Mayuresh Enterprises also undertakes to manufacturer worm reduction gear boxes with aluminium body & shaft mounted gear boxes. So we can see a wide range of products being regularly manufactured by the Company. The company also undertakes to manufacturer custom-made gearboxes to suit special individual requirements. Also spare gear manufacturing with profile grinding in undertaken. Thousands of our gearboxes are working successfully not only in India but also abroad.

The company is having full range of machines required to manufacturer gear & gear boxes. Like WMW gear hobbing machines, imported gear profile grinding & gear boxes. Like WMW gear hobbing machines, imported gear profile grinding machine, slotting machine, milling machine, imported boring machine, several lath machines etc.
This ensures total control over quality of the various parts being used for gear box manufacturing. This company is having computers by using techniques like CAD etc.

At present we are catering to the needs of OEMs scattered all over India. We have dealers  network in India - M/S Application Engineering (I) Pvt. Ltd., Wazirpur Delhi,
M/S Powermag Controls System Pvt. Ltd. Coimbtore, M/S Laxmi Techno Services, Nashik Working as our dealers. Some more appointments are in process.

Recently a new venture in the name of Mayuresh Gears Pvt. Ltd. has started by
the company.
